Our team is mainly involved in Cardiovascular's diseases. Some years ago we started to investigate the task of predicting Atrial Fibrillation with a time window of 5 years. We achieved good results and more recently we moved to a more practic field. We want to build a home based AF detector which works in parallel with wearable devices. My expertise in python is sound and know libraries such as PAndas, Scikit-learn, numpy, Keras, TensorFlow, Pytorch. Now I'm focusing on LLM, in particular Clinical Bert.
